Terms and Conditions

By placing an order and/or paying a deposit on a cake you agree to the Terms and Conditions listed on this site.

Deposit

Your cake order will only be booked in, once deposit has been paid. Deposit must be secured not later then 4 weeks before completion. Final payment must be made 2 weeks before delivery. The deposit is non-refundable.

All cakes will require a deposit.

Cake Changes / Alterations

Any changes to your cake order will be accepted not later then 1 week prior to the event date. After this time, changes may incur extra fees.

Collection

If you wish to collect your cake order, you must keep to the agreed date and time. Once collected, the order becomes your responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for any damages caused to the cake once it leaves our premises.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, deposits are not-refundable. Any balance paid after the deposit however, can be refunded if the cake is cancelled over 2 weeks before the cake is due.

Photographs

We reserve the right to photograph your cake before delivery/collection and use the pictures on our website or social media as well as promotional materials.

Release and liability

We will work with you to ensure you are happy with your order. We shall not be held responsible for your cake order, once collected or delivered. We will advise you on how to store your cake beforehand.
